CONFERENCE «Icy heritage. The conservation of early explorer’s huts in antartica: Scott, Shakleton, Borchgrevink and Hillary»

Programme Manager for the Antarctic Heritage Trust (NZ) Lizzie Meek will make a presentation of the work the Trust has carried out on the expedition bases left in Antarctica by Scott, Shackleton, Borchgrevink and Hillary.
For more than a decade the New Zealand based charity has run a world-leading cold climate conservation project, engaging over 60 heritage specialists to work on the building and the 20,000+ artefact collection.
The conference take place on February 27th 2017 at 20:00 at the Auditoire du Muséum d’Histoire Naturelle, Rue des Terreaux 14, 2000 Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
